Plot Summary

Willow’s hope for finding love has been diminishing at a rapid rate, and was barely hanging by a thread when she flew three thousand miles to Montana just to drop a coin into the Love Fountain. Was she crazy to leave her entire life behind with zero plans except get to the fountain and toss in a coin? Probably, but she was so desperate for someone to love her, she no longer gave a damn about anything else.

  • Willow: All I ever wanted was for someone to love me. I worked hard, saving enough money to fly to Montana where the famous Love Fountain was. Dropping a coin in the fountain was my one goal in life and I had no plans for what would come after that. I had tossed the coin in and waited, but my hope plummeted with each passing minute. Then he walked into my life.
  • Knox: Being an incubus meant always having women throwing themselves at me, just for a taste of what it was like to be with me. That’s why I never threw a coin into the fountain, worried I was destined to be alone. I feared that women would pretend to be my mate, that they cared more for my wealth than me.

I thought it would take years to find my mate, but then I saw her in that sub shop, and suddenly my fears no longer mattered.
