Plot Summary

A collection of short stories by Derek A. Murphy.

A man learns that a succubus has removed his capacity to love, leading to unhappiness for both of them. What if Charon, the Boatman on the River Styx, really existed? A past life intrudes on a man's plans, What happens when Wild Weasel Wilson meets the Banshee Chicken? A lonely boy meets a girl from an alternate world and they become fast friends. A short story based on the occurrences in my novel, Gulf of the Plains, but unrelated to the action in that book. A man and woman experience reincarnation because of vows they made in an earlier life. Thirty years after the fact, a man finds a way to make amends for something he did as a young man, but isn't sure he wants to do so when he learns what is involved. A blizzard and a drug deal bring a down and out company drone and a has-been model together. A house grows beyond its bounds, bringing forth denizens that cause a man to risk everything to rid the world of the house.
