After finding he's missing a key ingredient, he turns to a different one that changes the outcome entirely...
Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on November 13, 2020
The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, male/male erotic hot flash which focuses on the main character summoning what he believes will be a succubus and instead drawing a waif of an incubus.
the erotica is a bit forced, occasionally quite harsh and overall left something to be desired. Similarly the story itself was in such a hurry that a lot of possible story to tell was set aside to get to the erotica and it was a shame that things tuned out that way.
Ciel, the incubus of the work, is something of a mischievous thing really and that offers a lot to explore about him. But while that is part of the story, it is muted by the rush of the story, and getting to the erotica beyond the setting up of the encounter. It’s a shame really ad getting to know more about him I think would have added something to the story overall.
Two and a half out of five pitchforks.
The work is so dearly short and as such there’s really very little in the way of story or character development beyond the erotica itself. The work could use an editing pass to make the dialogue more interesting and to add to the story to make it more about the characters than the sex.
