Plot Summary

A mysterious message from his friend directs Matt to a book located in the depths of his local library. When he checks it out and discovers the chapter on succubi, he amuses himself by playing along and performing a ritual to summon one of the sexual she-demons.

She appears to him in a dream, binding him and draining him dry in return for his submission. But he doesn't believe she is real until he meets her in the real world. Driven wild by lust and curiosity he follows her to her lair, a secluded hotel room adorned with bondage equipment.

The succubus derives her own pleasure from his arousal, and so she does everything she can to make him as horny as possible. She teases his with her hands and mouth and perfect, curvy body. She chains him upside down and makes him use her tongue while he leaks desperately. And only when she's gained every drop of pleasure from his frustration does she at last let them share in a final, powerful climax.

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on October 19, 2021

Matt is led to discover a book which offers a means to summon a succubus. At first it seems a joke, but then his dreams cannot be forgotten and when the succubus herself finally appears, a choice needs to be made. Give in to her, or lose himself to her. Either way Lily will have what she desires from her new found toy.

The work is very much focused on female domination with some succubus aspects. It tends towards harsh domination for the most part which reflects Lily, the succubus of the work’s, personality. The erotica reads more like a series of hot flashes mixed with moments of introspection and consideration by Matt. It’s interesting how Lily appears, how she entwines herself into his thoughts and then leads Matt to falling to her control.

That part of the work is where the heat tends to remain overall. While there is some BDSM aspects as well, they feel a bit forced and didn’t have much appeal to me. That’s mainly because some of the binding Matt goes through just didn’t have heat for me. Setting that aside, there is heat, it simmers throughout and there are some scenes that I think worked really well.

Lily herself is not at all stereotypical and makes it clear she doesn’t kill through her encounters, but at the same time she’s very clear on what she wants and needs. It’s a slightly different take on the good succubus theme and it works well here to make her a force within the story and one that Matt is really not able to forget or ignore.

I like the overall story and Lily is delightful and unique as a succubus. I do think there’s a bit left unsaid that could have been expanded on however. Certainly Lily herself might have been a bit more seductive and dominant than she is. But that all leaves a path to a follow on story which would be nice to see.

Three and a half out of five pitchforks.

It’s something different both in telling of dominance and succubi. I’d have liked more heat, more seduction before the erotica came into play. Certainly a good read save for a few little things that bothered me along the way.

I’m going to hope that the series returns to Lily and Matt, perhaps to tell of her side of the story, or at least her side of reality. I think that would be interesting to see.
