Plot Summary

I was a broke art student until a letter changed everything. My great-grandfather left me billions and a massive Victorian mansion.

But the beautiful women staffing the estate? They're not human. And they need me—literally. I'm something called an Arcanthe, and through intimate bonds with these supernatural beauties, we both become stronger.

The problem? I'm exhibiting powers no Arcanthe should have. I'm an anomaly. And something evil has noticed.

Now I have to figure out my new role, bond with a household of stunning monster girls, and try not to die in the process.

Welcome to my new life at Graves Manor.

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on June 16, 2026

A gift brings both surprise and need. The surprise is being given wealth and power, the need is the monster girls that come with the gift. Perhaps doing the right thing will make the difference for the lost and the seeker himself.

The work is an erotic fantasy harem adventure with a strong hentai and anime theme to the plot, story and characters. At the same time, the story telling and narrative reads very much like the author is not a native English speaker as the dialogue is flat, the descriptions are a bit thin as well.

The cocus of the story is the main character gaining a power and then creating relationships with the variety of monster girls that inhabit the mansion he has inherited. There are a large number of them, and so the story jumps from one girl to the next then loops back around over and over until they are part of his harem.

Sintra, the succubus of the work, is a little bit different, her personality takes the story in a different direction between her and the main character, but as this is, after all, a harem story, that doesn’t last. It’s a shame that she is a bit glossed over, the details of her being a succubus are touched on, if barely. But there’s really not the time in the story to delve into her past and story deeply and that is a shame.

Two and a half out of five pitchforks.

Sintra is interesting as a succubus, but she really is a minor monster girl in a collection of them. As such, this is a harem story with a succubus and even that is a bit thin overall.
