Everything is fun and games for Mark until he goes a little too far with his book of magic and summons Samara. An amused succubus is one thing, a succubus that wants his soul is quite another. Perhaps if Mark is very lucky he might even make Samara happy enough to let him keep his soul. One can have hopes after all.
The work is a mixture of a harem creation adventure with a succubus theme added for a bit of flair and danger for the main character. It is very much a harem story overall, and as for adding a succubus to the mix it turns into something of a battle of wills for control which, really, turns out in the way that might be expected.
The erotica is very much over the top, the characters are silly for the most part as well. There’s a strong hentai tone to the work that connects the dots well and allows each character their moment of attention which I thought was well done.
Samara, the succubus of the story, isn’t so much evil as she is so dearly focused on getting what she wants from the main character in every way possible. In that happening, there are some inspired moments of domination and submission that happen. There’s also some cute deal making that amused me as well.
Three out of five pitchforks.
It’s very much an anime or hentai story wrapped around a harem theme. It does have some amusing moments, but overall it is so very dearly over the top that I did laugh much of the time. The balance of the series I have not read, this was the only work that I noted with a succubus as one of the characters. Still, with that said, this was quite a silly, over the top story which amused me nonetheless.
