Plot Summary
The Succubus harnesses modern technology to her use as she searches for a new victim. Soon a young pathetic man takes her bait. The insecure and easily manipulated John has no idea what is waiting for him as the seductive demon lures him into her trap.
Book Review

If there is one thing that Lili craves it is power. Power for herself, power over the mortals she thinks so little of. But to gain power requires a certain kind of mortal with a certain need which Lili will be more than willing to manipulate and control forever.
The work carries on from the prior work with Lili taking over more of the young woman’s life she has possessed and turning it towards her own needs. Much of that change is driven by Lili’s ongoing craving for power and need which takes her along an interesting path involving a dating app and what that creates.
There is very little in the way of Lili using her power as a succubus in this work much like the last. She manipulates, teases and dominates her prey until finally she takes what she wants and discards him. Given her personality, that’s not surprising and it works to an extent. As such, this part of the series is more about female dominance and male submission in a very strong BDSM theme.
But with all of the story ideas and plots, the writing just can’t really bring the heat to the erotica. There’s no passion in Lili’s dominance, there’s no ecstasy in the taking of her prey. The dialogue just reads oddly and wrong, having many word and tense issues. Beyond that the narrative also doesn’t work well to bring what should be a very hot scene.
Two and a half pitchforks out of five.
The single problem with this work is the seeming lack of editing to make the story flow better, the dialogue sound better and most of all, give the erotica the heat that’s missing. There’s some interesting hints about Lil and her world and that would be a good place to take the series next. But I’m not expecting that to happen considering where the story has been so far.
