A choose your own adventure of becoming an incubus and all of th trouble one gets into, and becomes drawn to in return.
Given that the reader is put in the perspective of being the new incubus, it’s a bit of a shame that the tone of the main character goes from being rather nice towards something darker and demanding as things progress. It’s not a surprise however, almost every main character that is male turns that way in this author’s stories and I think that’s disappointing.
Still, it is about the erotica and overall that really has little heat in it. There’s too much of a feeling that I’ve read this scene before and it takes a lot out of the story.
Twp and a half out of five pitchforks.
This work being a choose your own adventure story didn’t work for me in that aspect. I’ve never liked those works and for me this just was too scattered and unfocused in the storytelling respect. As well, like many of this author’s works, it bothers me when a good hearted character is turned int something dark and over the top dominant for my taste.
