Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on October 27, 2020
A ;library is a place to find oneself, to learn new things and if one is very lucky, one might meet one of the succubi who can teach them to be themselves.
The work is a lovely story of succubus delights, gender and succubus transformation, and a bit of erotica around the edges to add some passion and heat to the story. The characters are just a lot of fun, the story is passionate in the telling and was really a lot more than I expected it to be.
The succubus of the work, Madeline, is just wonderful honestly. She’s mischievously cute, quite passionate in her abilities and while things go a little off the rails with the main character, it’s done in a way that is adorable and wonderful. As for the main character, when they are transformed into being a succubus, it takes a while for them to settle with themselves, to accept their desires and embrace being the succubus Evelyne. It’s very much a coming of age and a learning of oneself story within the story, and is just wonderful.
Four out of five pitchforks.
Just such as dearly cute and fun story, and really succubi librarians are the most delightful of characters with stories to tell. I would have liked more able succubi in this universe, but other than that I loved the story. The work closes in the tight way, and really captivated me from bingeing to the last page. A lovely rad and well worth a look.
