Plot Summary
This book is a Samhain offering, if you will. A series of two new Erotic tales to keep your loins warm this Halloween season. Two carefully crafted tales that will haunt your dreams with euphoric delight.
- The Incredible Incubus: Shelly is a naïve, yet headstrong girl who found herself as many of us do in our college years. Running home from school in the rain. On the way home, she finds a Man of unspeakable beauty that would surely make the gods themselves weep. He invites her into his Store of Arcane Texts for a warm cup of coffee, at which point things begin to to warm up indeed.
- The Alpha: Alisha habitually loves taking a run through the woods. One day however, her fate takes a turn for the worse as she runs into a malevolent gang of men that seek to do her harm. Just when all hope seems lost, an animalistic creature of Mythical proportions takes station by her side. He is The Alpha Werewolf, and he's set on saving the girl, and then lighting up her night.
Book Review
The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on November 22, 2020
In the work The Incredible Incubus, a passing encounter becomes something more intimate, passionate and needful for a woman and the incubus she is drawn to in the rain.
The work is a very short, what I call a pamphlet, erotic hot flash which is very much a slow burn towards a climax between the two main characters. It is passionate, quite a lot of fun, and the heat between the two really does work well.
Savant, the incubus of the work, is very much a being of desire, need and fantasy with a bit of romance mixed into his personality. The magnetic attraction between the main characters comes from the start and some of that feels like it is his powers dancing over Shelley, and what comes from that. He isn’t evil, though a little bit dominant on the edges however.
Three out of five pitchforks.
the story ends on a lovely and positive note which I rather enjoyed. Is is a dearly short story however and there is something here that could be made into larger oval I think.
For the two works of the collection, three out of five pitchforks.
Both are written well, have lovely heat, and are quite lovely stories. But they are both something of a tease, a hint of something more and that would be interesting to see.
