Plot Summary

When I summoned a demon to fill me with knowledge, this wasn't what I meant!

I need to cram for a chemistry test, not get crammed full of a denizen from the pits of hell. But when I accidentally summon Zevrixan, Lesser Demon of Carnal Knowledge into my living room instead of one who can help me study, I quickly change my mind. He is seven feet of gorgeously sculpted, pierced, devilish delight, from his curly-horned head to his ridged, prehensile tail, and all the generous inches in between ... and, despite his sassy backtalk, he's very eager to please.

He was made for only one thing, after all: bringing his new mistress to the peak of pleasure over and over again with every part of his body, always rigid and ready to go, never tiring out, and never not in the mood.

I may fail my exams (or be able to sit down for a week), but honestly?

Worth it.

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on August 30, 2022

Kristy has a problem, and as usual it’s that she can’t study at all. Nothing seems to help, but being a witch brings with it the opportunity to have some help appear. A spell cast brings Zev to appear, an incubus who has designs on her, and she on him. Giving into one’s needs can’t be that bad and Zev is going to make sure that Kristy has nothing to complain about.

The work is a fun, amusing and sassy erotic tale of incubus summoning and how things can go both a bit wrong but also so very right when the characters can play off each other’s personalities well. In that delightful mixture comes something that’s very unique but also extremely erotic in its heat.

Zev, the incubus of the story, isn’t at all stereotypical, save for his true form, but that doesn’t take anything away from the tease that he is. He’s adorable throughout and that just makes everything that happens that much more fun. Yes he is all about sex, but there’s more to him, a clear personality that shines through and I just adored.

The heat is a slow burn until the point where Kristy makes a tiny mistake and then the floodgates open fully. I really liked the building sexual tension between them, it added a little push to things that fit really well. Some of the erotica towards the end of the scene is a bit over the top, but the reactions from Kristy and the amusement of Zev overcame that easily.

Three and a half out of five pitchforks.

Zev is just delightfully cute and naughty, he’s a very unique incubus and the story bemused me. Overall however I really wanted to know more about him, there’s a feeling that some story happened in the background and off the page. I would have liked to know more about the realm he comes from and perhaps there’s more to him than what he’s told. I would dearly like to see a follow-on story with a succubus as hinted at in the closing pages. That would be, considering Zev’s comments about succubi just far too much fun.
