Plot Summary

After a long night of celebration Sasha staggers home and flops on top of her bed in a drunken state. When she awakes however she finds herself in the afterlife. She suspect she must have died during her sleep and was sent to Hell for her many sins. She is no long completely human however for she has horns protruding from her head and small wings growing out of her back. The more she spends time in the afterlife the more she grows accustomed to her new body and wishes to experiment sexually with others who have suffered the same fate.

Book Review

The following review was originally published by Tera on her Blog, A Succubi's Tale on April 3, 2026

Sometimes you make the wrong choices and things take a bad turn. The universe has a way of making you learn a lesson, but the question is if you can manage to find the reason to.

The work is a very short fantasy erotica hot flash with a bit of horror and transformation aspects to it. The erotica is rather flat and there is little heat in it. As for the transformation aspects, that is off the page and only the result, Sasha being a succubus or seeming to be, is what appears.

The story overall is very monotone in the writing, there’s little heat, the main character feels disconnected from what’s happening and overall there’s just a sense of putting words on a page without adding the depth and meaning to them that’s needed.

Sasha, the succubus of the work, is physically one, horns and all, but beyond that aspect, and her sexual drive, there’s nothing more explored about that aspect of her. Given that the story is something of a dream, or waking nightmare, that fits overall, but at the same time there’s no real character development and at the end of the story, it doesn’t feel like she’s any different from where she started the story as.

Three out of five pitchforks.

Overall, a very odd story told in a very monotone narrative. As such there are points where some emotion would have added to the story, but instead there’s just noting beyond the words and not a lot of meaning behind them. The work closes in a way that kind of makes way happened to Sasha feel meaningless and perhaps that’s the thing that really bothers me the most.
