			It was only to be a visit, a momentary distraction before travelling onwards. But the universe sometimes has other ideas and for Eriol and Kara, they will discover the truth for both is unexpected and beyond anything they could have imagined.

			The work is a short erotic hot flash set in a fantasy universe of humans and supernatural beings bound together in many different and unique ways. It’s something of a mystery as well, especially for the main characters Eriol and Kara, as the truth which connects them isn’t revealed until close to the end of the story.

			While there are succubi in this work, it’s not really a succubus story, being more of a story with a character who is partly succubus and another that is fully so. With that said, both are just a lot of fun, they are anything but evil, and are a delight to follow throughout.

			Kara, who is partly a succubus, is a very shy and uncertain thing, her desires are pure and wonderful to see come to the fore and take the story in a delightful way. More human than succubus, her powers as a succubus are very muted and as such there’s really so very little succubus seen in her.

			Three out of five pitchforks.

			A cute and fun story with an even cuter romance along the way too. It’s a shame that there wasn’t a follow on story, it would have been fun to see what came next and the complications that might have been.

Eriol is a great, winged man of demon descent who finds a place of pleasure for all of humanfolk, faefolk, and beastfolk alike. The Bellaviste Springs Bathhouse is an establishment of comfort where all receive care and luxury in the tender touch of their diverse bathmaids.

He had not intended to grow attached to any of the darlings within the bathhouse. After all, it is known to be unwise to fall in love with what is essentially a glorified courtesan. However, his heart is weak for human girls, despite the way his Ireldian body dwarfs their own. Fate would have other plans for Eriol, as despite his best effort and even prior heartbreak, he was bound to meet the woman of his destiny.

Meek and gentle Kara is a soft-hearted bathmaid who is eager to please. She is new to the world of pleasure—and the world of love between human and demon. Aching only for a happily ever after and a beloved to bear a child with, Kara finds her match in the steam of the hot springs.
