			A tale of dark thoughts, darker souls, and the destruction they bring when there is nothing to hold them back and lessor still that cares. Perhaps that’s the aspect of souls lost to evil, that they care nothing for they have become evil and nothing more.

			The work is a mixture of erotic horror and fantasy with a very dark edge overall. The events and characters have nothing redeeming in them, they exist for the sake of the evil they do and become stereotypical caricature of what otherwise could have been someting so much more interesting.

			The succubi of the work are mainly a means to an end. They exist for being temptation and seductiveness, to draw others to them doom. There’s really little unique about them and beyond their sexual attractiveness, all else is they being evil which is just disappointing when they could have been something more interesting than that.

			Two out of five pitchforks.

			The work is so dearly dark and foreboding with really no light or promise to be found as the story unfolded. The succubi were overall too stereotypical for my liking and, as such, were evil for the sake of being so. I’d expected something more, something a bit less rote and that didn’t come to pass, which is the real shame here.

== Plot Summary ==
The young woman enters the palatial mansion apprehensively. She wants to do something crazy, adventurous. Participating in a Satanic ritual seems like just the thing. But little does she know, this coven is much more serious than she thinks.

For Victor, the sacrifice is his initiation into the group, and his next step on the path to finding the true nature of God. No one in the coven expected the ceremony to summon a hoard of demons.

An orgy ensues, human and demon becoming one. This frenzy of blasphemous joy is followed by a new mission. The coven must kill, each death taking them one step closer to opening an eternal portal to hell. A beautiful succubus takes charge. Every murder gets her closer to being able to bring the evil ritual to a climax.

Victor is contacted by another entity, a mysterious being that tells him to sacrifice human flesh. To aid in his grim task, he gathers together friends who are willing to kill, and those that revel in it.

The darkest depts of humanity are explored. The most obscene and cruel torments are committed with unbridled glee. The innocent are slaughtered in the name of entities from a realm of purest sin.

Forbidden Offerings is a deranged, gory horror novel that takes the reader on a journey into madness and depravity.
